My Resume Is Not Getting Attention
I have sent out several job applications recently, but I am not getting many replies. I decided to look at my resume again and noticed that it mostly lists what I did instead of showing what I can do. I am thinking about whether to pay someone to write my resume. Has anyone tried this before? Did a writer make your experience easier to understand? I would like to hear what information you gave them and whether the finished resume felt more like you.
